Clear Polyester (PET) Sheet
Polyethylene terephthalate (PET) sheet is a thermoplastic engineering plastic based on polymerization technology of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol.
These semi-crystalline polyester materials can achieve light transmittance of over 90%, making them ideal for products requiring high transparency, such as mobile phone screen protectors and food display cases.
PET sheets feature high tensile strength, excellent impact resistance, and smooth, flat surfaces. PET shows high resistance to most organic solvents and acids, with long-term usability from -40°C to +80°C, which is crucial for outdoor applications and food contact materials.
Its excellent electrical insulation properties and outstanding dimensional stability make PET material suitable for the electronics industry requiring high dielectric strength, making it the preferred material for release films.
PET is easy to process, which allows us at DoonX to use various processing methods including laser cutting, die cutting, and CNC machining to deliver satisfactory PET product solutions for our customers.
