Our goal is to provide you with the best service, allowing you to make the most of your plastics material. Our online sales representative will review your order and contact you with an estimated delivery date.
Shipping Method
All plastic materials can be shipped worldwide via sea freight, air freight, or international express logistics (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Welcome to get a free quotation by filling in your name, email, detailed address, product, and requirements. We will contact you as soon as possible and provide complete information, including the most suitable delivery method and freight costs.

Shipment Tracking
Once your custom-fabricated plastic materials leave our factory, you'll receive a tracking number. We will provide tracking information and website links where you can monitor your shipment in real-time throughout the entire journey.
Shipping Details
- Custom orders and Cut-To-Size orders require 1-3 days production time
- Specialty orders that are extra long may take 2-8 weeks. Ask for lead time
- If you need it by a certain date, please ask for ETA prior to placing the order
- Once your order is placed it cannot be cancelled, refunded, exchanged or changed
- All standard orders are shipped via UPS/USPS/FedEx
- All oversized orders will ship via freight carriers. Buyer is responsible for receiving and documenting any damages caused during transport
- No P.O. Box addresses allowed for shipment
- All oversized items (such as plastic film rolls larger than 36") must be packed and shipped through freight carriers. Contact us for the best shipping price and timeframe
- DoonX, LLC reserves the right to cancel an order if the shipping destination is not available through our carriers
Damaged Goods
We carefully select carriers to ensure your products are delivered safely at a reasonable price. However, damage may occasionally occur. We require customers to notify us of any damage to the packaging and/or plastic materials within 24 hours.
